Our commitment
Fire Tree Digital wants its website and products to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. The website is designed with semantic headings, keyboard access, visible focus states, scalable layouts, alternative text, reduced-motion support and strong colour contrast.
Our target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design target. This is a target, not a claim of audited conformance. The website has not yet undergone a formal independent accessibility audit.
Using this website
- Navigate using a keyboard without requiring a mouse.
- Use the “Skip to main content” link at the start of each page.
- Zoom or enlarge text using browser controls.
- Use a screen reader with labelled navigation and form controls.
- Reduce motion using your device’s motion-preference setting.
Known limitations
- Some supplied concept artwork contains decorative text that may not be fully available to assistive technology; meaningful context is provided in surrounding page content.
- The support form prepares text locally but cannot yet send it, because the official mailbox is not connected.
- A formal cross-screen-reader and cross-browser audit is still outstanding.
Feedback and reasonable adjustments
The support route includes an accessibility and feedback category. Until the official mailbox is connected it prepares text locally rather than transmitting it. A verified channel for requesting alternative formats or reasonable adjustments will be published before any app is sold publicly.
We will prioritise barriers that prevent access to essential information or support.
Standards and legal context
WCAG is the international standard for accessible web content. UK service providers also have duties to anticipate barriers and make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. Read the W3C WCAG overview.
