Our approach
Fire Tree Digital follows the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability. The present website deliberately avoids connected forms, advertising trackers and mailing-list collection while its formal contact arrangements are being completed.
Your information rights
Access
Ask whether we hold your personal information and request a copy.
Correction
Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Erasure
Ask us to delete information where the relevant legal conditions apply.
Restriction
Ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
Objection
Object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
Portability
Request eligible information in a structured, commonly used format.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Direct marketing would stop when you object. Fire Tree Digital does not currently operate direct marketing from this website.
Making a rights request
The verified data-protection mailbox and postal address are still being configured. They will be published before Fire Tree Digital begins collecting personal information through accounts, subscriptions, payments or connected forms.
Once active, we may need proportionate information to confirm identity. Rights requests will normally be answered within one calendar month, subject to lawful extensions for complex or numerous requests.
Security and data minimisation
The public website uses HTTPS and restrictive browser security headers. Only information necessary to deliver and protect the site should be processed. Fire Tree Digital will assess processors, access controls, retention and international-transfer safeguards before new data-handling services are enabled.
Data protection complaints
Complaints will be acknowledged and investigated through the procedure described on the Complaints page. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
